各县（市、区）农业农村局、河曲县农业农村和水利局、五台山风景名胜区社会农村工作局，市局机关科室、下属单位：
为进一步压实全市农业农村系统粮食生产、产业发展、农村改革、人居环境改善及安全生产、信访维稳等工作。经研究，决定建立处级领导包联县（市、区）制度，全面指导服务、协调推动包联县相关工作。包联名单如下：
杨春枝：忻府区
康金堂：五台县、五台山风景名胜区
戴永胜：河曲县、保德县
原文革：宁武县、岢岚县
王丽霞：原平市、静乐县
郎小林：神池县、五寨县
张文秀：代县、繁峙县
刘彩萍：定襄县 偏关县
