经会议研究，决定任命：
刘晋同志为中共忻州市委农办秘书科科长；
崔裕婷同志为市农业农村局农村社会事业促进科副科长；
刘桦同志为市农业农村局改革与合作经济指导科副科长；
周波同志为市农业农村局农田建设管理科副科长。
以上4人试用期满，正式任职，任职时间从2021年4月算起。
